Front Desk Ambassador

The Job:

  • Attending to visitors, incoming and outgoing calls and booking of meeting rooms.
  • Monitor and control the stock of office stationery and pantry items.
  • Ensure good housekeeping at the Reception and lobby area.​
  • Collection of daily mail and distribution.
  • Assist in staff welfare activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department.


The Person:

  • Proceed at least SPM / Diploma at any field of study.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • MUST be proficient in spoken both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin and any other dialects are an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
  • PC literate.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity and able to keep information confidential.
