Inbound Key Account Manager (Australia Market)

The Job:

  • Proactively reach out via phone calls, emails, and meetings (if necessary) to nurture a professional relationship with an assigned number of larger clients.
  • Define short, mid and long-term 123RF goals within your client’s portfolio and formulate customer success plans to meet objectives and minimize customer churn.
  • Responsible for up- and cross-selling.
  • Have an understanding of the decision-making structure in mid-size to large companies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for client needs within the organization e.g. 123RF’s internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Play a central part in ensuring our top spending clients are satisfied and fully engaged with our products and services.
  • Assume the role of a “farmer” who does 75% Sales & 25% Nurturing.


The Person:

  • Min 3+ years of inside sales experience with a “farmer” profile.
  • Have a clear overview of how often your clients need to be contacted, as well as understanding the importance of documenting and keeping track of this in a CRM system.
  • Outgoing/Aggressive attitude, able to pose thought-provoking questions that will reveal pain points, challenge clients on how they use images etc. today, and what they will do to meet the demands of tomorrow.
  • Must be tech savvy and possess sufficient knowledge of how publishers, media, startups and companies create marketing collateral, both online and offline.
  • Able to speak business English, preferably someone who has lived in Australia.
  • Self-starter with a competitive nature and a desire to make a mark in the history of 123RF.
